internal IT administrator

• You manage our internal applications and handle incidents, with a focus on efficiency and ease of use.
• You contribute ideas about security by design and the modern workplace.
• Management of switching, Wi-Fi, firewalling and connectivity between our branches with a focus on performance, stability and security.
• You ensure that the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues runs smoothly in terms of IT.
• You manage the lifecycle of laptops, peripherals and software licences and work closely with HR and Finance on purchases.
• You will help to determine and refine security measures.
• You will work on IT-related matters within the framework of the ISO process, ensure that IT processes remain ISO-compliant, and seek ways of working that are smarter and more robust.
• You are the first point of contact for all internal IT queries and work closely with external partners.
• You monitor technology and security trends and apply them pragmatically within Vintecc. 

• You have a higher degree in an internal field or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a broad internal IT role.
• You are hands-on, ownership is second nature to you and you are not afraid to make decisions.
• Experience with ISO management (ISO 27001 or similar) is a plus.
• You work in a structured manner, document clearly and communicate transparently.
• You feel at home in an environment full of engineers and enjoy logical thinking, efficiency and technology.
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English; any other language is a bonus.
